1. Agreement to Terms

By using Afterdoor Solutions, you agree to these terms. If something does not sit right with you, let us know. We can probably talk about it instead of having a problem later. If you disagree with these terms, do not use our services.

We build, migrate, secure, and optimize technology for your business. We reserve the right to change our services, but we will tell you if we do and give you a reasonable way out if something major changes.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property. Custom work products created specifically for clients may be subject to separate licensing agreements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees as outlined in your service agreement
• Provide valid payment information
• Pay applicable taxes
• Notify us of any billing disputes within 30 days of the charge

Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of services.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AFTERDOOR SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Afterdoor Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• You must pay all outstanding fees
• We will return or destroy your confidential information
• Sections regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability survive termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Afterdoor Solutions regarding the use of our services.
